Glass & Green is led by Jess, an interior designer with over 7 years’ experience creating thoughtful, functional spaces that feel as good as they look. With a background in property investment since 2018, Jess brings a unique perspective to every project - balancing design, practicality, and long-term value.

Her work is rooted in the belief that great design should feel effortless and timeless, while still reflecting the personality of the space and the people who use it. Whether designing for homeowners, tenants, or guests, the focus is always on creating a cohesive, considered environment that enhances everyday living.

Over the years, Jess has designed, styled and staged over 100 properties and more than 500 rooms. Her portfolio spans a wide range of projects including aparthotels, luxury holiday homes, serviced accommodation, care homes, co-living spaces and buy-to-let investment - each approached with the same attention to detail and purpose-driven design.

Based in Leeds but working nationwide, Glass & Green offers both in-person and remote design services. Through a streamlined digital process, clients can access expert guidance wherever they are, making high-quality design accessible across the UK.
